郭琦，女，汉族。Juris doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law （美国凯斯西储大学法学院法学博士），主要从事知识产权法、网络版权法方面的研究和教学工作，曾于《法律适用》、《民主与法制》、《新疆社科论坛》等专业刊物发表多篇学术论文。

2008年自上海财经大学会计学院国际会计（美国）专业毕业并获学士学位，在校期间同时完成复旦大学法学辅修专业。后赴美国Case Western Reserve University（凯斯西储大学）学习并于2012年获Juris Doctor（法学博士）学位，在校期间侧重于知识产权法与网络法相关方向的研习，并曾于中华人民共和国国家版权局中国版权保护中心、微软中国法务部实习并参与撰写网络云计算安全的国家项目白皮书。毕业后曾供职于国际组织（IGO）并参与、组织多项国际会议，曾任联合国人类住区规划署青年赋权委员会执行官、国际生态安全合作组织驻纽约联合国代表，回国后于上海某高科技企业任法务部总监，主持参与公司内部风险控制、协议拟定签署、知识产权管理、股权架构调整及投融资计划等多项工作。于2016年秋季学期入职15vip太阳集团法学院，担任知识产权讲师。已获中国法律职业资格。

Dr. Guo Qi, lecturer of intellectual property law at Shanghai University Law School. Received Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University in United States and certificate of legal professional qualification in China, Ms. Guo has abundance practice experiences in international communication as United Nations representative of IGO, project executive of Youth Empowerment Committee of UN-HABITAT, and corporate counseling as legal director of high-tech enterprise in Shanghai.

Joining Shanghai University in September 2016, Ms. Guo focuses on her teaching and research area in intellectual property law, internet copyright and cyber law.
